01Who we are

Grovsen provides greenhouse failure-detection software. This website is operated by Yevhenii Sidorov (Portugal). For any privacy question, contact contact@grovsen.com.

02What we collect

Only what you enter in our forms: name, email, company and message (and, for pilot requests, details about your role and greenhouse, where applicable). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

03Why we use it and on what legal basis

To respond to enquiries and pilot requests and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and based on our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent.

04Who processes it on our behalf

• Lovable Cloud: website hosting and form data storage
• Resend: email delivery (EU region, Ireland)
• Google Workspace: our business email

Where a provider may transfer data outside the EU, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

05How long we keep it

Form submissions are deleted [24] months after our last contact, unless we have entered into a business relationship.

06Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email y.sidorov@grovsen.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

07Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
